I searched everywhere for the perfect kitchen ceiling light...local stores, on line, catalogs...but nothing seemed like the right fit. Some came close, but I wasn't settling. Richard fulfilled a request for a very specific and niche fabrication for my computer/technology setup. The project had several challenging requirements, and Richard demonstrated a ton of flexibility, diligence, and cooperation in making sure that the concept/design was effectively realized. He provided clear communication and updates every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with Richard!

The project was amazing. Richard took my few design ideas and made them a reality with his expertise, and created something truly unique. He designed and built a useful and durable product that fits exactly what I wanted. He was also very quick to respond to my messages. The only problem was delivery, which was over a week later than expected, and required extra payment, but this was due to it being an overseas delivery and delay at customs, which would not apply if you were in the US. He also produced a product which was great value. I would certainly work with Richard again if I needed a similar project.

Richard was a wonderful person to work with. Knowledgeable and accommodating as well as a clear communicator and quick. He was thoughtful and produced a wonderful product that will last for years and years. I can't tell you how happy I am to have found him.

Richard was able to create the exact music stand I wanted with just a simple image. By looking at the images he was able to ascertain the materials and methods for creating the item. The item was done in a couple of short weeks, and was just what I envisioned.
