Shipping Policy

Please read. If you are an international customer, you must be willing to purchase priority shipping for your item. It is the only way these items are tracked. I fully declare all items and their values, so if customs holds your items or charges extra fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. It is your responsibility to know if your country allows your desired item to be shipped into your country. I am not responsible for anything customs holds. Shipping is USPS unless requested. During times of high shipping volumes I send signature requires on items above 100$. In the case of needing or requesting a different carrier, all costs associated with that carrier are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping disputes and claims will be settled by customer only. Once item is shipped and tracking is provided, any changes to the shipping address or date of delivery is the sole responsibility of the post office and the customer. I provide tracking upon shipping. I will not contact the post office for you should your item get lost or stolen. I will not refund or replace items lost by the post office or other carrier. Customer assumes all liability when filing claims with the post office. If package is returned to me, I will not send it out again until extra shipping is paid for. If your package is rejected and returned to me, no refunds will be given.

The work I do is entirely custom. So please read carefully. Certain items such as sheaths, harnesses, belts, collars etc... May require many measurements. Please be ready to provide them. There are no refunds, repairs, alterations or returns on Cutom Made items. Each item I make is hand tailored to the request of the customer, and photos are provided along the way to make sure each item meets the customer approval. Dimensions are entirely up to the buyer. If certain dimensions are not provided to me, I will make the item as I see fit. If incorrect dimensions are provided, the responsibility to pay for repairs or alterations is the buyers as well. Customers that pay half up front will not be entitled to a refund should they decide not to pay for the other half. All materials are purchased for each customer request specifically. Any changes made after the acceptance of the proposal, may invite extra charges or time I guarantee that every item leaves my care in working condition. It is up to the customer to provide correct product dimensions and spelling. I guarantee the quality of the leather used for each project, but other requested materials such as metals, plastics, mechanisms and such are purchased by me, not made by me. I send updates and questions through the site. Should you not respond to my updates or questions, I shall make the item to the best of my ability and ship out on the date it is finished. Emails go through the custom made site.
