Purchasing a dining table through Custom Made was a great decision. Devin was very responsive and helpful during the entire process and the finished result is just beautiful. I can't say enough about Carolina Farm Table. Devin was a pleasure to work with, and everything promised was delivered. My table was made to my exact specifications and arrived on time. (Actually a little earlier) The table was packed so well that it took longer to unpack than it did for me to attach the legs. I had a big party for Super Bowl and everyone complimented the table as soon as they walked through the door. Thank you Devin!!

It was a pleasure working with Devin and Carolina Farm Table! The table is everything I hoped it would be...we love it! I would definitely not hesitate to order from this family owned business again and will tell my friends and family about our wonderful experience. We traveled from Ohio to work with Devin, picking out our stain for the table...and drove back to NC to pick it up when it was finished. All around an excellent experience! Many large & small adjustments were made along the way and Devin was patient, clear, and responsive from beginning to end. Specifically, Devin's feedback and advice re colors, stains, leg & drawer sizes, etc enabled me to get exactly what I wanted. In the end Carolina Farm Table made several custom pieces of furniture that would have been impossible to get via retail furniture stores or any other website.

This was my first experience on CustomMade and Devin made it an enjoyable one. Before we placed our order, Devin sent us multiple wood and color samples so that we could try to match our existing chairs - and the table did indeed match perfectly. The finished table is beautiful and certainly met, and exceeded, our expectations. You can definitely see the craftsmanship and attention to detail. We needed the table in time for Easter and the order was placed with plenty of lead time. Unfortunately, the normally reliable shipping company that they used was unable to guarantee delivery. This could have been disastrous, but Devin worked tirelessly on finding alternative options and ultimately the table was delivered on time as promised! I would definitely work with Devin and Carolina Farm Table again and have already recommended them to family and friends when they ask about the table and their own potential projects.

Today I received my custom made table from Devin. It was made to my exact specifications and is truly an heirloom. It is by far the most beautiful table I have ever seen. Devin is a master carpenter and a pleasure to do business with. He kept in touch with me throughout every step of the process and the table was finished earlier than the time we agreed on. We are very happy with our new dining table and the level of professionalism found with Designs in Wood. The completion took a little longer than we would have liked, but I believe its due to the high demand found with these skilled craftsmen. We'll be looking for other products from these gents.

Truly, an exceptionally good experience. Final work product was well built, of terrific quality and packing for shipping was superb. Great working with Devin on this - my first experience with using Custom Made. There will be more.

Devin and his team was really great. He understood my vision, gave me good advice and completed the project in a timely manner. I find his prices to be very reasonable and the shipping was nicely packed and a lot more reasonably priced than some other makers I contacted.

We found Designs in Wood while looking for country dining tables - their cherry top / white bottom table was beautiful - however we needed a custom size and benches to match to fit our dining area. Devin and his wife were great at working with us to specify what we needed, and gave us a quote that was basically what we would pay for a Pottery Barn / Crate and Barrel dining set - except it was custom made exactly for us. The process took exactly the time they said it would, and they were good at communicating with us as they made progress. They also made a lovely creation story and shared pictures along the way which was fun. The end product is just beautiful, everyone comments on it when they visit - and it's been wonderfully finished. The folks who delivered it were very helpful bringing it inside and putting it together for us. The table itself has two 24" extensions which work wonderfully, and allow us to seat quite a few around it (we designed it to fit two adults, or three kids, at the ends on benches for when we're really packing folks in for a party). Thanks Devin & all! Very grateful to get to use your table every day.

All of my expectations were met. The Windsor chairs are stunning. I could not be more pleased.
