I can’t say enough about Mark Ellis work. From start to finish this was hands down the easiest project I’ve done. The communication, efficiency, timeline and his vision for my project was perfect! I will be using him for all my projects and referring him to everyone!

Mr Ellis is a pleasure to work with, from the planning stage all the way through to completion. He always answered my questions in a timely manner and was knowledgeable and honest. The brackets were better than expected and are just what we were looking for!

Mark did a fantastic job creating a patio table serving table with built-in power (110v and USB). I had seen a similar unit in an airport a while ago and Matt managed to recreate it from a photo – but for outdoor use. From start to finish Mark was extremely helpful and was great at asking clarifying questions and providing timely updates. The end result was exactly as I had imagined and the quality is top notch. The price was right and I can highly recommend Mark for any future projects.

Mark is the very definition of a professional. His work is impeccable!! Mark communicated with me at every point in the project. We modified several times and he proposed several excellent ideas that ended up perfecting this project. The product I received was of unbelievable quality!!!! Mark was incredibly professional. This was unlike most of my interactions with tradesmen. Mark was awesome at communicating what he could and could not do. He even came up with some suggestions when initially his solution wasn't quite what I wanted. He sent updates and was happy to show an example of the product ahead of time. He delivered ahead of schedule and even went the extra mile to throw in a tool to help with installation (which was beyond the scope of the project). He cut some numbers for me out of steel. I highly recommend working with Mark.

Mark Ellis at Freelance Customs is amazing. I submitted an AutoCad drawing of a light fixture I created for a client. My client and I named the fixture 'daddy long legs' The design of the home is artist industrial located in Echo Park, CA. Mark was able to see my vision and create exactly what I wanted. He was extremely responsive during the entire process; from inception, to shipping, and finally installation by my contractor. I will absolutely work with him again. Many thanks Mark!
