Coast Guard Chief's Binder
Reaching the rank of Chief in the Coast Guard is celebrated by the creation of a binder of information of history and responsibilities. This custom leather binder celebrates the day of promotion and includes the Chief's Anchor. Made of 6-8 oz cowhide, the binder is lined with pigskin. The design incorporates the Chief's Anchor with a rope border.
