The deposit is non refundable. Ship after full payment(remaining balance) is made. No return policy once the project is marked complete, remainig balance is paid in full, the item is delivered and/or accepted by the customer at the time of delivery. The given estimate is good up to a month \*\*The color of any clear finished wood furniture varies because it is natural wood. Don't expect the natural clear finished wood would be exactly same as the wood of a furniture in a photo a customer attached to the job posing unless it is stained. \*\*Do not clean the furniture with any cleaning or furniture shining products such as Pledge, etc. it will strip the finish. Just clean surfaces with a water dampened paper towel. \*\*cherry darkens over time \*\*walnut gets lighter if it is in direct sun light.
