Federal Style Table
This is a Federal style display table made from solid cherry with a watered silk fabric on the bottom. It was made for the client to display Russian icons he had collected over the years. It is 36" long by 18" wide by 18" tall and has a 1/4" beveled glass pane in the top. This is a first rate piece with very high quality solid brass hinges.

I use only fine quality solid wood and employ hand carving, traditional joinery and extensive use of hand tools to create my furniture. My pieces aren't inexpensive, but I have found that the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.
