Card Catalog Style 9-Drawer Dresser
This dresser looks like it has 45 card catalog drawers, but actually there are only nine drawers…three shallower ones on the top and six deeper ones on the bottom. Dimensions are 54"L by 20"D by 36" H. The piece is made entirely of solid wood with the exception of the drawer bottoms and the back which are Baltic Birch Plywood. Hardware is antique brass. Finish is antique white lacquer paint with a clear lacquer topcoat.

I use only fine quality solid wood and employ hand carving, traditional joinery and extensive use of hand tools to create my furniture. My pieces aren't inexpensive, but I have found that the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

We designed the table together and Jim drove all the way from Boca to Davie on multiple occasions to meet with me to discuss the design and the finish of the table. While the table was being made, Jim provided me with regular updates on the progress.
