Built-In Corner Cabinet
Accommodates TV and a small bar, including wine rack Material: Birch Plywood, Poplar and Mahogany Top Location: Columbia, MD The client wanted to have a variety of functions from this small corner cabinet. The main purpose was to have the TV set in the corner in an elevated position so that it could be viewed from the kitchen and the living room. In addition, the client wanted to have a wine rack and a bar beneath it. Besides the wine rack, we built storage shelves for cook books, a drawer for small utensils and we installed an additional storage shelf above the TV. The counter was made from Mahogany. The back wall is tongue and grooved wood strips. The doors are raised panel wood doors.

Feb 19, 2013Steffen took real care in the design, even adding an inlaid gingko leaf to match the Craftsman theme of the room. It is a stunning piece. We love the contrast of woods, and he seamlessly incorporated five different woods which all blend harmoniously. We have begun another project, so pleased were we with the result.
