The armoire is made of southern yellow pine lumber. The wood was reclaimed from old 2x10 beams that originated from torn down houses in Washington, DC. The hardware is antique brass hardware. The back of the armoire consists of aromatic cedar. The drawers are constructed using hand cut half-blind dovetail joints.

For Tansu NightstandsSteffen took real care in the design, even adding an inlaid gingko leaf to match the Craftsman theme of the room. It is a stunning piece. We love the contrast of woods, and he seamlessly incorporated five different woods which all blend harmoniously. We have begun another project, so pleased were we with the result.

For Marie's New BedSteffen is an excellent craftsman. He was extremely helpful in the design and planning stages of the project and built a wonderful, high-quality bed for our daughter. We very much enjoyed our interaction and seeing the different stages of the work in photos. He had some good ideas to improve our original design. He even delivered and set up the bed for us. We are completely satisfied with our bed and will treasure it for a long time. Highly recommend Meisterbuilders, Inc!
