Stained Glass And Walnut
The homeowner came to me with a request: she had made this stained glass window in a class she took and wondered if I could incorporate it into one of my doors. It was a fun project. We decided on Walnut because it matched the dark stain of the log home.

I specialize in custom-built, one of a kind, hand carved doors, architectural woodwork and furniture. I have built many hand carved and hand crafted entry doors and shipped them far and wide. Some of these are fairly simple and some are quite elaborate.
I also have designed and built a few pieces of furniture for some of the homes that I have designed and built in my area, but these could also be shipped just about anywhere. I do some custom built-ins for homes close by, my radius for on-site work is about 50 miles.
I enjoy all types of fine woodworking, but particularly the woodcarving and would be happy to discuss carving for elements in the home, office, or commercial building beyond just doors. I could build mantels, tables, desks, stairs or stair parts that might incorporate some of my carving even in a very small way.
