The (Louis XVI) oval back chairs were made to custom dementions and constructed from a sketch on a piece of paper. The paint is an antique white that was specific direction from the client to help accent the carved details. Sold as a pair

J Rivers Furniture & Millwork
I founded J Rivers Furniture & Mill Work in 2003 after I spent 2 years in central VT trying to hone my production skills. Prior to spending this time in VT I spent 2 years learning the traditional trade of fabricating furniture and reproductions at The Furniture Institute Of Massachusetts. I received my certificate of completion in 2000.
I am currently located in Deerfield NH in a 12,000 square ft facility. Since 2003 I have been a sole proprietor successfully working with interior designers, antique dealers, and clients throughout the United States.
My specialties consist of designing furniture, drafting scaled drawings, antique reproductions, repair work, carving, turning, joinery, architectural millwork, cabinet making, and creating your one of a kind piece of furniture.
