Chainsaw Carved Wood Sculptures And Vessels
All our sculptures and vessels are carved first using a chainsaw and then various grinders, to create waves, folds, tunnels and other unique designs. We use various woods such as: mesquite, juniper, ironwood, olive and more. They all start from the log form and then are carved into the shapes shown. No two are alike, making them highly desired collectors items for the home or office. These shown here are examples of past pieces created. We are a husband and wife team, residing in the beautiful mountains of Candy Kitchen NM where we create incredible chainsaw carved sculptures and vessels out of wood. Each is a one of a kind collectors addition. We like to work with woods such as "Forest Reclaimed" old growth Alligator Juniper that is local to our area. We also prefer woods such as mesquite and AZ Ironwood due to their beauty. All the sculptures we create are unique in design and not only show off Scott's' carving ability, but the beauty in the wood itself.
