Mar 8, 2013Our experience with Custom Made was fantastic- and John Derosso was wonderful. He was extremely professional and communicated all the time, to my many questions and concerns. He was great about giving us advise on some of the things we were asking about. I had given him a picture of a table I had loved but it was too small and did not fit the chairs I had. He sent us samples of stains in the mail so we could choose what went best with our chairs- He was done right on time and the finished product is perfect! It looked exactly like we wanted and fit our room and our chairs perfectly. He took the time to add some details to help with the dryness of NYC apts- we were thrilled that he already knew about that issue and did something about it- We have had many nice dinners on the table already. I would highly recommend John and we will go back to him again for sure-
