Area served: I am able to readily serve a driving radius of 100 miles from Rock Hill, South Carolina, and will travel farther by special arrangement. I can reach the rest of North America, and most of the world, by cross-country and international shipping. I have found that the Internet and unlimited phone and fax services allow almost all communication to be as convenient as chatting over the back fence. And, for those who enjoy a day in the balmy burbs of Charlotte I make myself available. Shipping Methods: Most shipping will be done by UPS, and their current rates will pertain. FedEx or USPS may be substituted if appropriate. Oversized items, such as mantelpieces, will be shipped FOB by common carrier. I will personally deliver items by arrangement. Installations and on-site work such as large tree sculpture will be handled on an individual basis.

I will work with each client until he or she is absolutely satisfied with the commission they have proposed. Once a contract is in progress all payments made are non-refundable. All sales of works that are purchased as finished pieces are final. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine before the completion of the transaction their satisfaction with the work. In the case of works purchased at a distance over the Internet, I will provide as many clear photographs of a piece as are required to make such judgments.
