100% satisfaction is guaranteed. I recognize that you will most likely not see your custom piece until it arrives at your home. If you are not completely satisfied with it and we cannot resolve any issues via phone conversation, text or e-mail, you may return the piece to me, in its original packaging, completely at my expense. Upon receipt of the piece back at my studio, 100% of your money will be refunded with no questions asked.
