Banyan Side Tables
The Banyan Side Tables are designed to reflect the strong sculptural curves of Banyan tree roots. They are made from sustainably harvested bamboo and finished with a non toxic oil and wax finish. The tops are designed so that 2, 3, 4 or more can be put together in a variety of orientations to change the look of the tables and create various sizes and configurations.

Functional furniture is everywhere. What I strive for in my furniture and what I admire in that of others are pieces which can be sculptures. Animated, balanced, interesting forms enhanced by color and grain. Beautiful, natural materials used in innovative or unexpected ways. Forms which are most of all beautiful, and yes, also very functional.

He was very willing to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted, and it is beautiful. The simplicity of the design requires a flawless execution and finish, and it is everything I hoped. Shipping long distances is always a risk, but Seth packaged the table base so well there is no way it could have been damaged. I would highly recommend working with Seth, and I would do it again with no reservations. The value is a personal judgement. The table was expensive, but it is unique and that is hard to put a value on. I have searched for a long time for the perfect table, and for me, it was worth it.
