As with virtually all custom work, once a project has begun (proposal accepted), refunds are not available. Our intention is to confirm all details before that point so that "changes of mind" are rare to non-existent. Should circumstances arise where there is any kind of dissatisfaction with the project results, we will work with our customer in every way possible to achieve a resolution that will satisfy everyone involved. Differences in appearance between items shown in our listings and the result achieved are due to the natural difference inherent with wood and/or availability of specific detail elements over time. We do not maintain any "stock" items. Every project is built from scratch based on specific requests of our customers. Depending on the nature of the problem and the reason for it, the costs of repair/replacement/adjustment will be the responsibility of the party at fault or shared as circumstances dictate. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
