Barrister Bookcase, Drop Front Computer Desk

This was an incredible experience! Being a Forester and working with this level of Woodworker was great. I like that he has a relationship with the mill where the lumber comes from to make each of his products. I was able to meet with him at his shop and see projects as well as find out who Tom is as a person. I did not think the bed would be done so early, Tom was able to rearrange some things to make my wife's birthday present happen. Thank you Tom for the great bed and we will be coming back in the near future for more items.

We are absolutely 100% pleased with the work Tom did for us! We requested a King version of our Queen bed that was made for us as a wedding gift as part of a set. From a few pictures snapped on my phone he sketched it up, added drawers for storage at our request and quoted as a great price. He did a perfect job and delivered to us 3 hours away. It looks gorgeous, is sturdy as can be and clearly outstanding craftsmanship. So glad we found CustomMade and Tom. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Tom makes beautiful furniture. It’s as much a work of art as it is furniture. I highly recommend him. I could not be happier with the walnut Amish Rolltop Desk Tom built for me. Really beautiful piece.

The desk we had made was EXACTLY what we wanted and needed from Tom. When I asked for an unusual spec, he drew it out to make sure it would work before diving into it. He was very communicative and helpful in the planning phase so that I felt like we were always on the same page. It did not matter that he was half way across the country.

As for the value, I place a high value on getting exactly what I want, but it was a bonus that it was the same or a little less than something pre-made I could've bought at Pottery Barn or another store.

Tom did a fantastic job on my entertainment center. I shared a few pictures of what I was looking for along with a couple mock ups and Tom was able to put together a plan and shared ideas on how to make the product better.

I would highly recommend Tom to anyone. We will most likely be reaching out to him in the future to have a bed made for us based on how happy we are with the entertainment center.
