Sleigh Bed Quarter Sawed Oak Queen Size Or King Size

I was very skeptical to have a custom made bed since I had no idea about it. I looked online and googled custom made beds and found this site. I searched and found Tom had made a bed close to what I wanted. We exchanged quite a few emails on what I wanted. We finally finalized all the specifications and started the project. I was very nervous if it was going to turn out like I had hoped. He sent me pictures when he finished the project and it looked great. I was still nervous as I still didn't know if it was constructed good. We finally set a ship date and I was patiently waiting. Well now I get to see it in person and it is even better then what I had hoped. He was very great to work with. He catered to me and I got what I wanted. Oh and after I saw the bed I asked about dressers. He made a dresser to match the bed and that is just as great!. I know if I decide I need anything else for the house I will be contacting him.

Tom makes beautiful furniture. It’s as much a work of art as it is furniture. I highly recommend him. I could not be happier with the walnut Amish Rolltop Desk Tom built for me. Really beautiful piece.

The desk we had made was EXACTLY what we wanted and needed from Tom. When I asked for an unusual spec, he drew it out to make sure it would work before diving into it. He was very communicative and helpful in the planning phase so that I felt like we were always on the same page. It did not matter that he was half way across the country.

As for the value, I place a high value on getting exactly what I want, but it was a bonus that it was the same or a little less than something pre-made I could've bought at Pottery Barn or another store.

I had a table and benches made by Tom and it turned out better than expected. When he delivered them(ahead of schedule) we placed another order with him. We are very pleased with his work! And I got to visit his wood working shop next to his house. I can’t wait to think up something else for him to build!

This was a beautifully made roll top desk! I had contractors over working on my house when it arrived and they were very impressed by the quality. Tom made his own shipping container and the desk arrived with nary a scratch on it. The shipper he used was also very polite, very helpful and treated the desk with great care as he loaded it off the truck.

Tom was very easy to work with, communicated promptly and was open to suggestions. He even built a hidden compartment at my request and for no extra charge.

Thank you Tom. I now have a piece a furniture that can be passed down through the family. I wouldn't hesitate to work with you again.
