Wow, wow, wow!! This was my first custommade.com purchase. Jim was extremely professional and easy to work with, and the completed frame is absolutely stunning. Every detail down to the hardware was well-crafted and perfect. The frame easily holds its own next to my beautiful antique carved frames and I wouldn't hesitate make another purchase from this craftsperson. I only wish I could afford to re-frame everything in my home!
I just received the final frame from Jim. It is quite beautiful and well made. The tiles fit perfectly into the frame and the design of the back, will make it easy to install them (or remove them if need be) later. This will make a fine addition to the room where it is destined to hang. Good going Jim! thanks, Jeff
I had a great experience working with Jim and I love the wood frame - it looks great in my craftsman home. I would definitely recommend him and the website.
This frame is really gorgeous! It worth every penny and for sure, will add value to any picture/painting you use with it. Ordering a second one! Thanks!
Jim Mcdermott was wonderful to work with, the frame is Beautiful and a piece of art in its self. I would definitely use again. Worth every penny could not get a frame like this at Any frame shop.
