He created a template for our review before actual work began. We would highly recommend Charlie for your custom wood work and hopefully we will be able to work with him in the future. I have one complaint...custommade.com doesn't make available any way to leave a craftsman/artist a tip/bonus for their efforts. I'll contact them directly.
