Australia is known in the turning world as producing some of the greatest burls in the world. Most of the burls come from the Eucalyptus Family which grows all over Australia. This is a great example of a "winged" bowl that I turn from an Australian Burl caps. I have a wide selection of Australian burls. I've sold thousands of pieces in every continent in the world, from simple dishes to elaborate hollow lidded vessels. Aug 16, 2013Bryan was great to work with. He custom made a coin dish for me. I didn't think something so simple could look so nice. From inception of the project to delivery was less than a week. Bryan kept me informed along the way with pictures of the project. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Bryan again.
