Australia is known in the turning world as producing some of the greatest burls in the world. Most of the burls come from the Eucalyptus Family which grows all over Australia. This is a great example of a "winged" bowl that I turn from an Australian Burl caps. I have a wide selection of Australian burls. I'm a self taught woodworker/turner. The past few years my main focus has been in wood turning. I've sold thousands of pieces in every continent in the world, from simple dishes to elaborate hollow lidded vessels. In my work I have used many different types of domestic and exotic woods of which I have over a hundred different types in my shop.

    Bryan was great. very easy to work with. He sent specs and a drawing work up of the project before he got started. I knew we were on the same page and the results exceeded my expectations.
