Area served: Ohio based, but will ship anywhere. Will deliver in person within 200 miles. Shipping Methods: Variable, depending on the piece, but there is no surcharge over and above the actual shipping costs

I take great pride in my work. Before any work will start we will have agreed on a design (drawings, descriptions, etc). Materials won't be acquired until after we have an agreed upon design. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to make the piece meet your design. Custom work is, however, non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. In-flight changes can be made and will be costed as time and materials over and above the price in the proposal. Design changes after construction has begun will be on a straight time ($35 per hour) and materials basis over and above the price in the proposal and may result in a alteration of the delivery date. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal, because the time I estimate in the proposal is the time from when I start your project, not from the time the proposal is accepted.
