On pre-made pieces, the customer must contact me within 3 days after receiving the piece to discuss any issue. All photos are taken as accurately as possible of the piece. Cancellation: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before burning. If the piece is cancelled after I have started burning, the artwork becomes property of the artist and may be used for exhibitions, competitions, marketing, and prints.
