No refunds on commissioned pieces. The artwork is approved prior to burning and should be exactly how the customer has already approved. All patterns are approved through emailed photos prior to the start of burning. Returns: No returns on commissioned pieces. On pre-made pieces, the customer must contact me within 3 days after receiving the piece to discuss any issue. All photos are taken as accurately as possible of the piece. Cancellation: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before burning. If the piece is cancelled after I have started burning, the artwork becomes property of the artist and may be used for exhibitions, competitions, marketing, and prints. The original customer agrees that I have copyright use of the photo submitted for the piece at the time of deposit.
