The goal of each transaction is to build a custom piece tailored to each individual customers specifications and making sure they are happy with the final product is paramount. Because of the custom nature of each piece there can not be refunds or returns of built pieces. If there are issues where customer is not happy with the end result every effort will be made to come up with a solution. Resolutions could include replacement part(s), alterations to the design, or other fixes but will be handled on a case by case basis. Projects can be canceled at any time by the customer but they will forfeit any deposit paid. Any balance not paid within 30 day after to project is marked compete will be forfeit to bDagitz Furniture.
