Charles did a great job from start to finish. He took the time to make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for before even providing a quote and getting started. Throughout construction he posted pictures, provided stain samples (even more than we asked for!), and kept us posted on his progress. He then delivered our mantles on-time and was meticulous about the installation. The results are beautiful -- exactly what we wanted.

We are very pleased with the end result. He was easy to work with, communicative, and finished the project on time. We would work with him again.

Working with Charles and the Thomas Brothers Workshop was a JOY! They accepted a somewhat unusual project for me and I could not be any happier with their professionalism, timeliness, courtesy and skill.
