Zzz Nest
A take off on Gerritt Rietveld's classic Z chair design, this is a set of three tables that are also strong enough to sit upon. They make great overflow seating for parties. Each table has a unique inlay on the top surface, made of pigmented epoxy, some with various inclusions of exotic hardwoods or metal. This set is made os solid Oak. The mitered joints are splined every inch for strength.

Ajm Furniture
I make studio furniture and lamps in a woodshop in Oakland, CA. The majority of my work is made on speculation. I am inspired by nature, as well as my urban surroundings, and the simple drive to physically create objects. I employ many materials besides wood, such as, fiberglass, brass, copper, laminate, PVC, and sometimes even cement. My work is often painted, giving it a very contemporary look.
