May 19, 2012Exceeded my expectations! The color, finish and workmanship was exactly what I wanted and more! It's like he read my mind. Mike's easy to talk to, and easy to work with too. The job was completed and shipped sooner than promised. If I have any future projects Carolina Wood Designs is going to be my "go to" in the future. Having said that, this opens the door for more ideas since I know there's a resource I can trust that's reasonably priced, and meets or exceeds my expectations. Jun 13, 2015I must admit that I was very nervous at first when I asked for a quote from Mike. I did not know what to expect. After all, I am buying a product online and that was my first time purchasing a product from Carolina Wood Designs via Custom Made. The tigerwood/spalted maple humidor that Mike propose to make for my then fiance was spot on! It is a 75-100 count humidor, and this piece is just beautiful! My now husband LOVES his first custom made humidor... Mike is THE craftsman -- very professional, very timely, and a true expert! I absolutely recommend him and his work!
