15' Electric Boat, Lightning Bug
Custom made 15' electric launch. Now taking orders for Fall 2020 delivery. Most boats are made of mahogany with ash trim but any woods can be accommodated within reason. Boats seat 4 adults. Max speed of 5.5 knots and average run time of 4-5 hours. An onboard charging system is included. Many options are available including a canopy, built in ice chest, stereo, custom covers, trailer and others. Budsin Wood Craft has been building the 15' "Lightning Bug" boats for over 25 years and we have them in 30 US states as well as 5 foreign countries.

Budsin Wood Craft has been building high end electric powered boats and launches since 1987. Sizes range from 15' to 26', and prices range from $5,200 for our two passenger Black River Guides, to over $160,000 for our 26' boats. We try to keep the Guide boats in stock but our other boats are all built to order with typical wait times ranging between 9 to 15 months, depending on the model and our current workload.
