19' Trouve Electric Launch
19' Electric Launch. These boats were origionally designed for commercial use as a water taxi with the captain seated up front, but with a modified cockpit layout (drawing on last photo of slide show) they woud be great for any type of quiet cruising. The boats seat 6-8 adults and have a top speed of 7 mph with a running time of 7-10 hours before recharging is needed. The hull incorporates a unique boxed keel which houses the batteries, keeping their weight low in the boat and making for a very stabile ride for a boat this size. Unlike our other boats, the Piglet incorportes a fiberglass hull with either fiberglass or optional mahogany decks (shown here). All boats have exquisitely finished mahogany and teak interiors. Typical lead time for dleivery is 10-12 months.

Budsin Wood Craft has been building high end electric powered boats and launches since 1987. Sizes range from 15' to 26', and prices range from $5,200 for our two passenger Black River Guides, to over $160,000 for our 26' boats. We try to keep the Guide boats in stock but our other boats are all built to order with typical wait times ranging between 9 to 15 months, depending on the model and our current workload.
