Mar 31, 2016A previous homeowner left a large hole in the granite countertops in our kitchen. I decided to fill it with a custom knife block from Woodworking Plus. Mike did a fantastic job from start to finish. It was easy to develop the custom design I needed in collaboration with him. I sent him photos of the knives and the hole in my counter along with a few dimensions. He created a drawing of the final product which I modified slightly. He then kept me informed of his progress with updates and photos. The final product looks better than I could have imagined with an outstanding finish. The block fits perfectly into the hole and the knives all fit like a glove. The project was a great value considering all the work that went into it.

Mar 17, 2016Mike was fantastic, designing a one of a kind frame and then creating an extraordinarily complex inlaid design on the frame. The project took time to get done right and incorporated a third party to add details Mike felt were best provided by someone other than himself. Our only glitch was broken glass in shipping - which Mike agreed to cover the cost to repair. An excellent experience and great value for a truly unique product.
