Mr. Turzio was a pleasure to work with. He was able to bring my vision to life and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. It was exactly, if not better than what I had anticipated. The craftsmanship was sturdy, the design creative and the finish was beautiful. Though the cost was more than I had expected (having no experience in having a custom piece made), it was worth it for something I will have for a lifetime. I would definitely work with Mr. Turzio again

I purchased for a gift. My husband loved the folio case for his iPhone. It was custom and a nice color selection other than black. Better than what you can find in a store. He was able to deliver sooner than expected since it was for 2/14.

Paul from Ideas and Solutions was great to work with right from the beginning. He was always quick to respond, provided updates as the project progressed including pictures. The whole process was transparent, predictable, on time and on budget. I'm not sure I could have asked for anything else. When I initially sourced the project on custom made Paul was the only one to follow through with my questions to help me select the right company and that is why I choose them. When it came to delivery there was a snag with the white glove service and I was able to reach Paul on his cell and he worked quickly to get the situation addressed. Things can always go wrong, it's how Paul reacted to the unforseen that impressed me about this company.

Paul Turzio took on my request for 10 custom dining chairs based off a photo I provided. He came in well under other estimates I received from Custom Made and delivered a product I am very pleased with. He was able to find efficiencies with his other projects that helped keep the price down. Throughout the process, Paul was extremely communicative and spent a great deal of time with me to ensure the chairs were exactly to the dimensions and design that I wanted. We were happy with Paul's attention to detail that we asked him to help us with remodel ideas for our apartment. We are continuing to work with him on our current kitchen remodel and look forward to another successful outcome!

Paul has been my designer on two major projects--the first was a beautifully designed victorian bathroom and the second project was an amazing exterior home restoration that I am still receiving compliments about! With each project, Paul 's guidance was invaluable. At every point of the job—from his design/restoration plan, to procuring construction materials to match or compliment the original materials used in my colonial home, to his guidance in selecting furnishings and paint colors and identifying qualified contractors—Paul's management and oversight was very much appreciated. From the very start, Paul and I had a very easy rapport. Paul has wonderful talent for knowing exactly the direction to take to get from visualization to realization. Paul Turzi at Ideas & Solutions contacted me regarding a project that approximately 30 “custom fabricators” balked at undertaking after the majority initially said they could do it “no problem”. Paul was able to take my ideas from verbal discussion and my poor quality 2D images and produce a product that was exactly what I was thinking of. Ideas & Solutions was able to make a custom bonze casted clock capable of being mounted outside in the elements 200 feet from the ocean. Not only is this clock stout, it is a work of art. The level of detail within the three dimensional lettering and the image is beautiful, as is the finish. Paul kept me apprised every step of the process, sent many pictures, and was willing to discuss suggestions (and perhaps humor me with some of my “ideas”). I would not hesitate to utilize his skills again and encourage you to contact him regarding any custom project you may have, regardless of what medium it is.
