Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: Due to high shipping costs for large items I will only contract those in the southern Ohio region where pickup or delivery is within 90 miles. Smaller items can be shipped. I have shipped all over the US. I ship most items via UPS. Local pick up is available if you prefer. I also deliver for a fee in the SW Ohio region.

I take great pride in my work. Before you pay for anything I will work to understand your design needs so you get exactly what you want. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If you think of a design change after I start work, let me know as soon as possible. I will let you know if there is still time to implement the change and what the cost difference will be. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
