The top of thick English Walnut veneer is like a Rorschach test--people see a horse, heron, even prehistoric fish! Hand carved ebony pulls sport a sapwood transition that picks up the same transition in the walnut top, and the dovetails highlight the bold end grain of the quarter saw white oak box.
