Area served: We mostly serve the continental US, but we do ship internationally occasionally. Shipping Methods: Most shipments are serviced using blanket wrapped shippers. We do however do ship internationally and in that case we crate and ship.

Custom orders are not returnable. Once a deposit is given and work has started the deposit is not refundable. We work with customers to insure that what they have signed off on the scaled drawing is exactly what they receive.
