May 4, 2014A disaster. Mr Kopil is a good guy but quite inept professionally. I wanted a wood/metal bed and gave quite detailed specs up front. Never got a good sketch from him, never got pictures during the process (even though I asked for them). He was very inattentive to what I was asking for and did not seem to pay attention to the specifics. Bed was promised in 12-14 weeks and was done in week 20. Extremely poor communication throughout the process. The final product did not conform to specs -- some things were fixable, others not really. This was a major fail. I am very disappointed and sad. $3K wasted. I have now gotten a couple of other opinions, and the bed essentially needs to be redone. I will probably end up selling this to recoup some of the money and order it anew from someone else. Horrible waste of time, effort and money. I would have declined accepting the bed if only the site had not already charged me the full amount BEFORE delivery. So, word to the wise: do be careful when using this site.
