Accepted Answer

The 50% deposit is non-refundable prior to commencement of work. Will ship after full payment(remaining balance) is made. No return policy once the remaining balance is made in full. As my clients are shown photos of their project as it is being completed and a final prior to shipping, the only exception I make is when a project arrives damaged.
