Swing Set: Made Of Salvaged Metal School Desks And Plastic Chairs
Part of Social Furniture, this swing set has been exhibited in a variety of art venues including the Elmhurst Biennial, the David Weinberg Gallery, and the Glass Curtain Gallery. The swing was also featured in an article in Chicago Magazine. Made from materials salvaged form closed Chicago Public schools, the swing would function well as either a porch swing, or in a large indoor public space.

Dilettante Studios (DS) is a small, full-service design/build studio specializing in hand-crafted furniture, cabinets, carpentry, built-ins, environments, installations and art fabrication, using primarily found, inherited, re-purposed and salvaged materials.
