This table features a heart pine top made from two 14" wide planks that were salvaged from an old cotton mill built before the civil war. The warmth of the top is nicely complimented by the distressed, painted finish. With the addition of a wide drawer, it would be equally at home in the dining room or in the office as a desk

I am a lifelong Carpenter/Woodworker/Craftsman focusing on practical solutions for real people using time-honored traditional methods. I have enjoyed an interesting and varied career which has included residential construction, marine construction, varied beach and riverfront dock and deck projects, high end interior trim and mill work installation, stair and balustrade design and installation, and custom built-in design and fabrication. I even had a brief but interesting stint as a set carpenter on a major Hollywood motion picture. I am currently specializing in the design and creation of tables and other furnishings using reclaimed woods and locally milled lumber.
