A queen size bed with an Arts and Crafts sense of style. Made with a figured maple framed with walnut and the topped with the maple, this gives the combination of wood a striking contrast that is rather pleasing to the eye. It has a hand rubbed non-toxic, no VOC natural oil finish that both protects as well as enhances the beauty of the wood. Available in other sizes and a variety of woods. The completion time is based on my backlog at the time of the order.

Darrin was especially easy to work with, he took his time in answering my questions and always made himself readily available. I chose to work with him based on photographs that were posted and that he sent of previous work and after speaking together I knew that he understood exactly what I was looking for. The craftsmanship of these pieces is beyond what I had expected, and believe me I had high expectations. Darrin created a writing desk with matching night stands out of walnut with contrasting sections done in Curley Maple with hand made drawer pulls. For Console Table5.0I couldn't be happier! Darrin was a pleasure. I described what I wanted and, in two or three emails, he had set to paper exactly what I had in mind. I was able to watch the process since Darrin sent pics at different stages of development. He drove the completed table to my house when he said he would (despite there having been a blizzard the preceding day), set it up, gave me detailed information on how to care for it, and was extremely generous in offering to change/fix whatever didn't suit me. Unnecessary, since the piece is gorgeous! For a big guy, he has quite a gentle touch in his woodworking!
