
This is an interesting project commissioned for a contemporary Synagogue. This light is made from Solid Brass, Sandblasted Glass, Steel. An added feature is an antique glass telephone insulator. This was designed by Robert Schwartz, AIA. Part of the design theme is also the element the light hangs from is simulating a sundial gnomen, to cast a shadow on curved wall, daily and seasonally. Light source is LED bulb and Solar powered.
