Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. If you commission a piece and are unsatisfied with the result, I will work with you to make sure it meets your expectations. Charges may apply if those changes fall outside the original design specifications. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
