With commissioned furniture or artwork it's important to remember that there is a difference between mass produced furniture and furniture that is custom designed and handcrafted with your preferences and personal tastes in mind. Craig was very professional and communicated with me on every detail selection, paint, stability, application and product ETA status. He personally delivered this heavy console to me free of charge. This was a pleasant experience and I plan on using Craig again.
