Since all furniture is made to client approved specifications, no refunds will be issued on custom made furniture. Our furniture is functional and artistic and therefore lead times are estimates only. We do not guarantee lead times or delivery dates for our high end custom furniture. Deposit refunds will not be issued based on extended lead times.
