There is no directions for the things we make, only well thought-out designs to build a superior finished product that will withstand the test of time.

As we were beginning to formulate how we wanted our 4 player chessboard to look, Shaun gave us a menu of options that became a springboard for more ideas. From those discussions, we were able to craft detailed requirements that Shaun stated he could meet and in fact did meet. He made himself readily accessble through each phase of the project and kept us up to date on our progress and delivery timelines. Even after we took delivery and noticed some minor items that needed touch up, Shaun took full responsibility and responded with a very quick turnaround time. We've been very pleased with Shaun and would definitely recommend him and look forward to working with him again.
