REFUNDS \~ No refunds on custom work that is designed for the client, however, I guarantee satisfaction and beyond. I will work personally with my client from conception to delivery to ensure that. RETURNS \~ I never have had one and never plan to have a reason that a client would need to return a piece. I will do whatever it takes to make my client love their project. No returns accepted on Custom work. CANCELLATION \~ Once materials are ordered, there will be no refund for down-payment. If a project order is cancelled and I have no materials on order for the job, a 75% refund of the down-payment will be returned. 25% will be payment for design and scheduling.
