Reclaimed Barnboard Oak & Custom Raw Steel Bar Stools
{Minimum order of 4} Our Standard barstools are 15" across, (shown in the other pics), but the tall ones are a nice large 17" diameter ~ big and comfy! We can customize any size stool to whatever you desire. Seats are made from 100 year old reclaimed and kiln dried Ohio wood taken from barns, factories, houses being torn down. We are saving and reusing as much of the wood as we can! These are ready to last another 100 years or more! Priced per stool. Discounts when ordering 8 or more. Wholesale to the trade with EIN. The great stools in the last couple pics are 30" tall, but we can make them any size you need. They are made from raw 1 1/4" hollow steel square tubing with 1" square footrests. These have a 1 1/2" reclaimed scooped seat. All other smaller sizes use 1" square tube with 3/4" staggered footrests for different size sitters! We then clear powder coat to protect them. This is an industrial finish that is kiln dried, and will not come off but still shows the welds and fire marks. This is the same finish they use on farm tractors! About the Designer~
Ron Corl has been designing and building since he was a baby. "I remember stacking big wooden blocks in kindergarten and trying to understand how far I could push them off-center before they would fall. I've never stopped pushing those blocks as far as I can! My motto is- "If you never build a box around yourself in the first place, you'll never need to think outside of it"!
His pieces don't blend in with your room - they are the anchor point and you design your room around them!
He designed and hand-built a tiny cottage on his 30 acre Ohio tree farm. This proves there can be comfortable living in 500 square feet or less. He Now lives in a small Cape with his artist wife, Susan, and a spoiled cat, Sophi.

Jun 1, 2012From start to finish Ron Corl was a pleasure to work with. When I put the job up on CustomMade I got a lot of responses saying "Sounds great, let's get in touch and talk" "I'm interested give me a call" etc. Ron emailed me with design ideas right off the bat based on the brief I posted, and they required exactly 0 revisions. Everything I wanted from a technical standpoint was included, and aesthetically it was better than I could imagine. The construction of the final product is top notch. 3 desks in total and the table tops align perfectly and the sizing is perfect (which is important since they are custom to the room. On a personal level Ron is great work with. He's a "worker" like me. Throughout the process I was up late nights and thought of a question, sure enough, Ron was up working as well to answer. It's nice to see people passionate about their work and pulling those extra hours to make everything perfect. Would I use Ron Corl again? I already am. We are in the process of doing a coffee table for our rec room.

I ended up doing 3 separate projects with him and he essentially threw in a fourth item with some fo the leftover wood from one of the other 3. Ron was very responsive and truly a pleasure to work with. Moreover, the quality of the work was absolutely top-notch.
