The Dell Family House Design & Remodel
This lovely couple joined Midstate New York and Uplands Columbia so our search was for a blend of familiar motifs and tastes from two cultures. Searches for specific tiles, woods, and functionality led to their finding this simple ranch style house. This entire house was renovated, and remodeled for well under $200,000: Kitchen, livingroom, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, and a large study/den for the family study center.
